We created this piece specifically for the Life of H2O show. We gave a great deal of thought to the sustenance of water, growing, and the cycles of life. Wood being our main media for our art, water is vital to the trees that we create with. We found this chunk of Ash tree during a big brush pick up and we also found the glass vessel. So, for this piece recycling became important. After Terry turned the wood pedestal for the vessel on the lathe, Sarah wood burnt the Ouroboros to symbolize the cycle.

Franken' Bomber
360 degree view shows details such as an homage to Mary Shelley, Big Daddy Roth, and the Young Frankenstein movie. His finger tattoo says "Monster". Like all of our sculpture, he is almost completely wood, painted with acrylic and pyrographed detail. In our typical fashion, we screw up the video with silly banter.

Death Crusher
This is Death Crusher. He's made of hand painted poplar and oiled mahogany. Shooting cannons, rubber band gun, rotating turret and moving tank tracks. Much more than your everyday toy!
Death Crusher is adorned with lots of detail. Including a small wood burnt Kilroy.

Poseidon’s Grail
Something quite different from our other sculptures is this Cottonwood burl carved into a grail shape and balanced on a small hardwood Padauk base. For a little extra stability, and because magnets are cool, the base contains an earth magnet and there’s a small brass detail on the underside of the burl.

Roky Erickson Tribute
One-of-a-kind Roky Erickson tribute. Unique Cottonwood vessel wood burnt with lyrics "If you have ghosts then you have everything". Rocky Erickson vessel says King Baby on the inside and is coated with food safe epoxy.
